sudo apt-get install ntpdate
sudo ntpdate time.windows.com
sudo hwclock --localtime --systohc二.apt源
先打开这个文件
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
然后把里面所有的东西都用 # 注释掉，在文章末尾加上阿里源

更新源
sudo apt-get update更新软件
sudo apt-get upgrade三.调整语言
打开设置中的区域与语言，点击“管理已安装的语言”，此时显示需要安装东西，安装完事。
四.安装anaconda

（1）下载下来后，转到该文件目录下，使用bash+文件名安装，一直选yes或者enter
（2）将它列入环境变量中，以后需要加环境变量都是这么做
先打开配置文件
sudo nano /etc/profile在末尾加上这个语句，其中xxx是软件的bin的路径
export PATH ="$PATH:xxx"最后在终端
source /etc/profile然后输入python3.9如果有anaconda字眼则说明成功
五.安装pycharm-community
在ubuntu里安装非常方便
（1）第一种方法：在系统自带的软件ubuntu software里在左上角搜索pycharm-community，即可找到并安装（但是我推荐第二种）
（2）第二种方法：打开终端
sudo snap install pycharm-community --classic等待，一直选y或者enter。安装好后在系统左下角“显示应用程序”里即可找到pycharm，打开后可以选择添加收藏夹
六.pip换源
pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/换为清华镜像源，速度会比默认的大大增加
七.Git
sudo apt-get install git
git clone xxx八.CUDA
